Pebbles Hypnotherapy

Candy – Hypnotherapist & Small Business Owner
Pebbly Hypnotherapy

I first met Candy through a networking group based in Ilkley. As a newly established hypnotherapist, Candy was building her practice while balancing part-time work and ongoing CPD—so time was at a premium, and she was looking for someone who could lighten the load behind the scenes.

Candy initially got in touch for help with social media, blog posts, and monthly newsletters—the kind of tasks that are essential for building visibility and trust but can be surprisingly time-consuming. As we got to know each other, our work evolved, and she asked me to design and build her brand-new website—a project I was thrilled to take on.

Candy usually delegates via email, which suits her working style perfectly, but we also hop on a call whenever a quick chat helps bring clarity or momentum. Whether it's handling content, tech tasks, or digital comms, my role is to keep things running smoothly so Candy can focus on supporting her clients.

After a few months of working together, Candy shared this lovely feedback:

“Chloe is a great problem solver! She has really helped make those tasks that I found impossible, frustrating and a huge drain on my time miraculously get done! She's always happy to help and feels like a real asset to my business!”

It’s a real pleasure to support Candy as her hypnotherapy business grows. She’s passionate, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping others—and I’m proud to be part of her journey behind the scenes.

Mind Garden Hypnotherapy

Jess – Hypnotherapist & ADHD Advocate
Mind Garden Hypnotherapy

I first met Jess through a local networking group on Facebook and was absolutely thrilled when she agreed to appear as a guest on my podcast, Strings To Your Bow. Jess is a successful hypnotherapist with a deep passion for supporting others with ADHD, and she speaks openly and honestly about her own ADHD diagnosis—something that really resonated with me.

A few weeks after her podcast appearance, Jess reached out to explore how I could support her with Virtual Assistant services. Like many small business owners, she was juggling a growing to-do list behind the scenes and needed someone she could rely on to bring structure and consistency—without adding pressure or complexity.

Jess had used Virtual Assistants in the past, so she knew what she was looking for: practical help with the day-to-day admin tasks that often slip through the cracks. This includes support with invoicing, customer emails, updating her website, and generally keeping things ticking along.

Working with Jess is wonderfully collaborative. She prefers voice notes to emails (a great way to work on the go!) and finds that a face-to-face catch-up helps when the to-do list starts to feel overwhelming. The volume of work ebbs and flows, but my focus remains the same: making things easier, bringing calm to the chaos, and supporting Jess in a way that suits her style.

After a few months of working together, Jess shared this lovely feedback:

“Chloe is an absolute gem! She works brilliantly with my (often chaotic!) neurodiverse brain, helping bring order without ever making me feel boxed in. She’s super efficient, quick, and completely transparent about what’s do-able – which I really appreciate. Nothing’s ever too much trouble, and she flexes with whatever I throw at her, always delivering to a high standard. Honestly just a lovely, grounded human who makes things easier and better. Couldn’t recommend her more!”

It’s a joy to work with someone like Jess—driven, inspiring, and determined to create a positive impact. I’m proud to be part of her team, supporting her business behind the scenes so she can focus on doing what she does best.

Bespoke Design Bathrooms

Adam - Bathroom Fitter & Small Business Owner
Bespoke Design Bathrooms

One of the things I love about running Andiamo is being able to take the stress out of jobs that can feel overwhelming—especially for small business owners who are brilliant at what they do but don’t necessarily have experience in areas like recruitment.

That was exactly the case when I worked with Adam Gregg from Bespoke Design Bathrooms, a local business specialising in bathroom fitting with a lovely little showroom. Adam had decided it was time to grow the team but didn’t know where to start when it came to hiring.

He asked me to help—and I was more than happy to step in.

I started by writing the job descriptions and placing the adverts in the right places to attract good candidates. I then managed the whole application process, spoke to people in the early stages, and shortlisted the most suitable ones.

Because Adam had never been involved in recruitment before, I also wrote the interview questions and sent over an easy-to-follow guide on how to run the interviews. Once Adam had made his decision, I contacted the referees and sent out the offer letters.

In the end, Bespoke Design Bathrooms brought on two great new team members—and the whole process was straightforward and stress-free for them.

Adam later said:

“I’d never had to do proper recruitment before and didn’t know where to start. Chloe made the whole thing so much easier for me. We’ve now got two great new team members and the whole thing was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. Would definitely recommend!”

It was a pleasure to support a hands-on, hardworking business like Bespoke Design Bathrooms. If you’re a small business owner who just needs someone to take care of the bits you don’t have time for, I’d love to help.

Healthcare Innovation Consortium (HIC) Ltd

People-Focused Support for a HealthTech Leader

Healthcare Innovation Consortium (HIC) Ltd is a leading digital health and social care agency dedicated to driving transformation across the sector. With a focus on scalable innovation and strategic partnerships, their work supports NHS organisations and technology providers to deliver better care, faster.

As the pace of HIC’s work increased, CEO Hadleigh Stollar was looking for someone who could offer reliable, people-focused support behind the scenes—particularly around HR and team coordination. After spotting my LinkedIn posts, Hadleigh got in touch to explore how my Virtual Assistant services could help the business run more smoothly.

Since then, I’ve become a trusted part of HIC’s extended team. My core focus is on HR and people operations, supporting everything from recruitment coordination to internal communications. Alongside my ongoing support, I also delivered a six-month project for HIC at The Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, providing contract management to their Digital and Estates departments.

Delegation is simple and flexible—Hadleigh often sends me WhatsApp voice notes with ideas, tasks, or updates. As he put it:

“You’re one of only two people who just get what I mean. I send you a garbled voice note and you quietly produce exactly what was in my head—but better. I don’t know how you do it!”

The feedback speaks for itself:

“Chloe’s virtual assistant services have been transformative for our organisation. Her ability to handle a wide range of tasks, from scheduling and correspondence to managing complex project coordination... I would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a virtual assistant who consistently goes above and beyond.” Hadleigh Stollar, CEO, Healthcare Innovation Consortium

I’m proud to support HIC’s mission of improving healthcare through innovation—and even prouder to be a calm, capable presence behind the scenes as they grow.
