
About Chloe Weatherhead — Founder, Andiamo Business Assistance

I launched Andiamo Business Assistance because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant, busy people spending their most valuable hours on tasks they didn't enjoy, weren't good at, or just couldn't face. And often, they'd tried getting help before — and it hadn't worked out.
I wanted to do it differently.
Based in Bingley, I've spent over 20 years working in customer-facing and operational roles across a wide range of industries — from fast-growing startups to established organisations. I've been the person who fixes things, organises chaos, coordinates the parts that others don't have time to think about, and makes sure the behind-the-scenes actually functions.
I set up Andiamo to bring all of that directly to the people who need it most: the self-employed, the solo business owner, the small team wearing too many hats. I serve clients across West Yorkshire — including Bingley, Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, Halifax, Ilkley, and Skipton — and beyond across the UK.

How I Work
I don't do one-size-fits-all. Every client I work with gets something different, because every business is different. Some send me voice notes. Some prefer email. Some like a regular catch-up call. Some just fire tasks across whenever something lands. I adapt to you — not the other way around.
I also work with a lot of clients whose brains work a little differently — people with ADHD, or who recognise ADHD-adjacent tendencies in how they think and work. I understand what it means to need support that flexes, doesn't judge, and doesn't add more noise to an already busy head.
