ADHD Virtual Assistant Support for Business Owners
Support that works with your brain - not against it. Based in West Yorkshire, working with ADHD entrepreneurs and neurodivergent business owners across the UK.
You're brilliant at what you do. Ideas come fast, you see connections others miss, and when you're in your zone, nothing can touch you.
But the admin? The emails that pile up? The invoices you keep meaning to send? The tasks that feel simple but somehow never get done? That's a different story.
If you have ADHD, or strongly recognise the traits, you probably already know that 'just do it' isn't helpful advice. What helps is having the right ADHD virtual assistant around you. Someone who understands how your brain works, adapts to how you communicate, and quietly keeps everything moving so you don't have to.
Does any of this sound familiar?
-
You start tasks but struggle to finish them — especially the ones that don't excite you
-
Your inbox feels like an enemy. You know there's important stuff in there, but opening it feels overwhelming
-
You've been meaning to send that invoice / write that newsletter / update that spreadsheet for weeks
-
You do your best work in bursts — but the admin that needs consistent, steady attention just doesn't happen
-
You've tried systems, apps, and tools. They work for a while, then they don't
-
You sometimes feel like everyone else finds this stuff easy, and you wonder what's wrong with you
There's nothing wrong with you. Your brain is wired differently — and the right kind of support can make an enormous difference.
How I Work With ADHD Clients
Working with an ADHD virtual assistant should feel like relief, not another thing to manage. Here's what that looks like in practice.
I meet you where you are
You don't need to have everything organised before you hand it to me. You can send me a voice note mid-thought, a half-finished list, or a scattered brain dump. I'll make sense of it.
I work how you communicate
Voice notes, texts, WhatsApp, email, a quick phone call — whatever works best for you. I adapt to your preferred style, not the other way around.
I don't judge the chaos
I've seen the inbox with 4,000 unread emails. I've seen the to-do list that's never quite been tackled. I won't make you feel bad about it. I'll just help you sort it out.
I bring consistency so you don't have to
The tasks that need regular, steady attention — the follow-ups, the scheduling, the invoicing — are exactly the kind of thing I can take off your hands permanently. You focus on the work that energises you. I'll keep everything else moving.
I follow up, so things don't fall through the gaps
ADHD often means that out of sight genuinely is out of mind. I keep track of what's outstanding, what needs a response, and what's coming up — and I flag it when you need to know.

What an ADHD Client Says...
"Chloe is an absolute gem! She works brilliantly with my (often chaotic!) neurodiverse brain, helping bring order without ever making me feel boxed in. She’s super efficient, quick, and completely transparent about what’s do-able – which I really appreciate. Nothing’s ever too much trouble, and she flexes with whatever I throw at her, always delivering to a high standard. Honestly just a lovely, grounded human who makes things easier and better."
- Jess Townend, Hypnotherapist & ADHD Advocate, Leeds
Jess is one of many ADHD business owners who've found that the right virtual assistant support makes an enormous difference. Not just to their workload, but to how they feel about their business.
I charge £35 per hour, with no retainer commitments and no long-term contracts. You can work with me on an ad hoc basis, or set up a monthly retainer if you'd prefer consistent, predictable support.
All new clients get their first hour free — so you can see how it feels without any pressure.

Could Access to Work fund your virtual assistant support?
Access to Work is a UK government scheme designed to help people with a disability or health condition stay in or start work. If you have ADHD, diagnosed or not, you may be eligible for a grant that could fund some or all of the cost of working with an ADHD virtual assistant.
It's one of the most underused sources of support available to self-employed people and small business owners, and it can make a real difference to what's possible. Find out more at www.gov.uk/access-to-work
What can Access to Work fund?
-
Virtual assistant and support worker costs
-
ADHD coaching
-
Workplace equipment and assistive technology
-
Travel costs related to your disability
-
Support for job interviews or work trials
Who is eligible?
You may be eligible if you're self-employed or employed, have ADHD or another condition that affects your ability to work, and are aged 16 or over. You don't need a formal diagnosis, Access to Work can consider self-reported conditions. The scheme covers England, Scotland, and Wales.
How does it work?
You apply directly to Access to Work through the government's website. They'll ask about your condition, how it affects your work, and what support you need. If approved, they'll agree a level of funding, and you can use it to pay for your virtual assistant support.
The process can feel a little daunting if you're approaching it for the first time, especially when ADHD makes paperwork feel like the enemy. That's where I can help.
I can help you through the process
I support ADHD clients with their Access to Work applications, helping you understand what you're entitled to, what to say, and how to make the strongest possible case. Once your funding is in place, I'll be ready to start work straight away.
If you'd like to find out whether Access to Work could apply to you, get in touch for a friendly, no-pressure conversation.
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with you?
Not at all. Many of my clients have a diagnosis, but plenty don't, they simply recognise in themselves the patterns and challenges that tend to come with ADHD, and they know they need support that's built around how they actually work. Diagnosis or not, if this page resonates with you, I'd love to hear from you.
How do I get started?
Just get in touch and we'll have a friendly, no-pressure chat. No forms to fill in, no sales pitch, just a conversation to see whether working together could be the right fit. Your first hour is free, so there's nothing to lose.
I've tried VAs before and it was a disaster. Why would this be different?
Because most VA services aren't built with ADHD in mind. Rigid processes, poor communication, and a lack of flexibility tend to make things worse rather than better for ADHD clients. I've worked extensively with neurodivergent business owners and I genuinely understand what helps, and what doesn't. In fact, 89% of my current clients had a bad experience with a VA before working with me. That record matters to me.
Can my Access to Work grant fund virtual assistant support?
Yes, and this is something many ADHD business owners don't realise. Access to Work is a UK government scheme that can provide funding to help people with a disability or health condition stay in or start work. If you have ADHD, diagnosed or not, you may be eligible for a grant that could cover some or all of the cost of working with an ADHD virtual assistant.
I can support you through the application process and help you understand what you might be entitled to.
Get in touch and we'll figure it out together.
