  • Make it Personal: Treat your customers like the unique individuals they are. Engage with them, show genuine interest, and build a connection.

  • Put Customers First: Let them feel like they're the centre of your world. It's all about making them feel valued and appreciated.

  • Promise and Deliver: If you say you'll do something, make sure you follow through. Keeping your word builds trust and respect.

  • Be Proactively Helpful: Anticipate what your customers might need before they even ask and provide those solutions ahead of time.
