Andiamo Reflection - What Is Going On?! (In the Best Possible Way)

I know February is a short month… but honestly, what is going on?!
It feels like I’ve tried to squeeze 31 days into 28 — and yet, everything that’s happening feels aligned, positive and exciting.
Sustainable Growth (The Kind I Actually Want)
Andiamo Business Assistance continues to grow — but in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
New clients.
More regular requests.
Lovely referrals landing in my inbox.
No chaos. No scrabbling. Just consistent progress in the right direction.
And that’s exactly how I want it.
Making Time to Work On the Business
One day a week is currently dedicated to the Accelerator programme — and it’s worth every second.
New people.
New perspectives.
Time to step back, reflect and properly plan.
As a self-employed business owner, it’s so easy to stay stuck in delivery mode. The Accelerator forces me to zoom out and think strategically. It’s already opened doors to the AD:VENTURE programme too, which means access to brilliant (and free!) training.
This month alone I’ve attended:
A webinar on using TikTok in business (still undecided for Andiamo… but watch this space for Gracie Glass 👀)
Sales confidence training for founders — which was excellent and genuinely empowering
You don’t realise how much you need these spaces until you’re in them.
Side Hustles, Strength & Swimming
It’s not just business that’s busy.
I’ve had my first 1:1 tuition session as a result of building my little side hustle (proof that small steps compound). I’ve started Body Pump. I’ve gone back to wild swimming. I’m back at running club.
And I’ve had some exciting award news too — which still feels a bit surreal.
It’s full. But it’s full in a good way.
Self-Employment Was Made for Me
There’s a particular kind of energy that comes with building something that’s yours. The flexibility. The growth. The constant learning. The connection with other founders doing brave things.
Yes, it’s busy.
But it’s purposeful busy.
And moments like this remind me — self-employment was absolutely made for me.
If you’re building something too and feeling stretched, spinning plates, or just ready for steadier support behind the scenes… maybe it’s time for a conversation.
Because growth feels even better when you’re not doing it alone.
Andiamo!
